On all of our connectivity and IP services (hosting, IP/ASN Assignments and Sponsorships as well as IP transit) the following activities are prohibited:

• Sending spam or other unsolicited mass emails
• The unauthorized hosting of copyrighted content
• Interference with the computer operations of us or others, such as unauthorized hacking or carrying out of (D)DoS attacks
• Any other activity that is unlawful under German or EU law
• Any other activity that we deem immoral, such as the hosting of homophobic, transphobic or racist content

Blahaj Cloud only accepts lawful customers. We explicitly reserve the right to remove illegal content.
